Ned Richardson-Little is a Freigeist Fellow at the Department of History at the University of Erfurt. He leads the Volkswagen Stiftung funded research group "The Other Global Germany: Deviant Globalization and Transnational Criminality in the 20th Century,” and is currently working on a project examining German state policy towards international control and prohibition regimes surrounding arms and narcotics from the Kaiserreich to the Nazi era.
